October 2016 - July 2019 - (Academic Advising) My responsibilities included: creating first-year course schedules for incoming students; grade reconciliation for at-risk students who were registered with Student Disability Services; reminding newly admitted students that were required to meet with an academic advisor prior to registering for their intended academic term; aiding incoming students with clearing administrative or medical holds via Banner; creating and maintaining a master list for honors distinctions; certifying degrees in accordance with grade point average requirements; certifying undergraduate degrees using DegreeWorks.
August 2019 – Present - (Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) My responsibilities are collecting contacts for possible community partnerships for the university to provide volunteer opportunities for students; creating PowerPoint presentations for the coordinator; uploading closed-captioned videos of presentation given by the coordinator to YouTube; drafting materials for office of diversity such as flyers and website content relating to bias incident reporting, assisting in the planning of diversity speaker series.
